2017 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES JUNE 24, 2017
Attendance at meeting: Andy Williamson, Brittany Hobbs, Marcell Allen, L B Baker, Svetlana Baker, Garry Glenn, Kendall Dean, Kevin Eubanks, Dana Tripp, Russ Tripp, Michael Lloyd, April Mathis.
Andy nominated Marcell Allen as Vice President, Kendall 2nd. Voted, ayes have it.
Marcell said we need to increase advertising.
Dana brought up about changing or leaving the same the master classes. Either go to 10 years as the GPA or leave every 5 years like we have it. Decided to leave it the same.
L B brought up about travel to the worlds that you have to win your division at nationals to qualify for funding. Andy 2nd. ayes have it.
andy brought up about doing a meet in November 4th. salute to the troops.
L B brought up to add a new event for soft shirt for sling shot type shirts. we agreed to start it.
